About

My main interests are in paleoanthropology specifically on human origins and Neandertals. I have interned at institutions such as Michigan State University Museums and The University of Michigan Natural History Museum. Both institutions I have helped with collections care and some exhibit design. I aided in the archaeological excavation of a Cahokian site for a University of Michigan dissertation project in 2011. While at Wichita State University I also worked in the Lowell D. Holmes Museum of Anthropology leading tours, collection care, and exhibit design. I now work as the education assistant at the Warner Transportation Museum leading school tour groups, researching, and designing museum exhibits.
